Photos and prompts you submit may be transmitted to our servers (for example, encoded and sent to matrix3f.com.cn) to perform AI image generation, store project status, and return results. Generated images may be stored on our servers associated with your project history until deleted according to our retention practices.
Usage information. We collect information about how you interact with CherryAI, such as features used, generation requests, subscription status, free-tier usage counts, errors, and performance logs. This helps us improve quality, prevent abuse, and operate membership benefits.
Purchase information. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive subscription status and product identifiers (such as weekly_membership and yearly_membership) but do not receive your full payment card details.
Advertising and analytics. With your permission where required (including App Tracking Transparency on iOS), we and our partners may collect advertising identifiers and related data to deliver and measure personalized ads. Our app integrates third-party advertising SDKs (such as GroMore / ByteDance BUAdSDK). Analytics and logging tools may also collect event and diagnostic data.
Feedback and support. If you contact us through in-app feedback or email, we collect the content you submit and contact details you provide so we can respond.
